Club NYK Opens
Now You Know Inc. is proud to announce another benefit for our subscribers. When we topped the 1000 subscriber mark we decided to use our collective purchasing power to secure discounts and special offers from suppliers that you use in your practice. We have secured a growing number of suppliers that want to offer NYK doctors a discount on their products and services.
Over the coming weeks you will see more products being added to the Club NYK pages with special offers to our NYK subscribers. The good news is that as a subscriber to our NYK Internet educational services, you automatically get a free membership in Club NYK. There is no charge and no obligation on your part. All you need to do is click on any of the links to purchase any items you desire, and after verification of your Club NYK membership, you can purchase items just as normal.

Now You Know Releases New Echiropractic Cards
At NYK we are continuing the never-ending process of offering you more educational materials and technology. Perhaps the most advanced educational technology we have is Echiropractic. This service allows you to send individual email cards and letters to your patients for certain office situations. We have recently added an additional 40 e-cards to this service and are in the process of updating all of our existing cards and letters.
Now you can send out 4 different birthday greetings, or 5 different Christmas Echiropractic cards. In addition to these you also now have new “We miss you” cards, as well as new cards for such things as Hanukkah, Halloween, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, 4th of July, Valentine’s Day, Happy New Years, and many other designed for usage in your office. 
All NYK Premium Package subscribers have unlimited usage of Echiropractic and all the cards that come with it. When used properly, the savings in postage alone can save you the entire cost of your NYK services. Imagine no more stamps, printing or mailing!
Those of you who only have either our Website or Email Newsletter services can upgrade to the Premium package just by calling our toll free number at 800-695-8937 and asking to be upgraded. Chances are the small additional fee you pay to become a premium subscriber will be paid for many times over when you use Echiropractic instead of paper and postage.
Now You Know takes over ICA’s Website – by Dr Bob Braile
After years of resisting to do so, we have finally agreed to take over ICA’s Internet presence. Because I (Dr Bob) am a current member of the ICA Board of Directors, I have not wanted to do the ICA site as I felt it could be viewed as a conflict of interest. However, after looking at the ICA’s old site, I realized we needed to step in and upgrade their look and function.
I am proud to say that Now You Know is donating our services to host and maintain ICA’s website. Many new features have been added to an entirely new look. One of the new features is a “find-the-doctor” link that will allow the thousands of visitors to ICA’s website to find an ICA doctor and to then click on a link that will bring up a map or directions to that doctor’s office. Considering the number of visitors to ICA’s www.chiropractic.org website, this could translate into a substantial number of new patients going to ICA doctors.
The ICA is just the latest in a growing number of association websites that we do for our profession. These include the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, Connecticut Chiropractic Council, Oregon Doctors Of Chiropractic, The Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania, Chiropractic Society of Texas, Virginia Society of Chiropractic, Palmetto State Chiropractic Association, South Carolina Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractors Association of Indiana, Federation of Straight Chiropractors and Organizations, New Beginnings, and the Southern Chiropractic Association.

From the Accounting Department
If you pay by check, please help us to correctly apply payments to your account by doing the following:
- It is not necessary to send back the entire statement with your check.
- Please include only the bottom portion of your statement filled out with the requested information for identification purposes
- Please put the doctors name on the bottom portion or memo section of the check
- If you have changes or updates for your website or newsletter, please do not send them along with your payment.
- Now You Know sends out your statement in advance of the beginning of the quarter. Consistent with normal business practices we extend 30 days for payment. If payment is not received, a second statement is sent out a week after the payment is due as a reminder. If we do not receive payment following mailing of the second statement, as a courtesy, we carry the balance due over into the following quarter’s statement as a past due balance. If payment is not received within 10 days of the third statement sent, we will have no choice but to terminate service and the account holder will be notified by certified mail.
- If you have charges automatically billed to your credit card, billing is done on the first day of the new quarter. It is important to inform us if your have received a new card or changed cards so that charges can be posted to your account. This will also cut down on unnecessary mailing of statements. Thank you.
- Please help us cut down on unnecessary time spent, paperwork, and mailings by paying your account by the due date on the initial statement or consider switching over to automatic credit card billing.
