More Features to Educate Your Patients

We know that sometimes it is hard to keep up, but Now You Know keeps introducing new and innovative ways to educate your patients.  We understand what it takes to turn patients into referring fanatics!  We also continue to update and add content to our existing features to keep them fresh and up to date.

If you have been with us for a while this is good and bad news.  The good news is that we are always expanding our quality and quantity of educational materials.  The bad news is that we do not automatically add a new feature to our subscribers websites unless they ask.  We do not want to be presumptuous. So take a look at the features below to see that your website is up to date.

Just How Current is the Now You Know Newsletter?

As practitioners we have all seen generic newsletters that sound as if they were written years ago and make vague statements like "recent studies show", only to find out that the recent studies were 10 years ago, or even older!.

Not so with Now You Know! Our newsletter is current, real current.  To give you an example look at stories that have appeared in recent newsletters.  In the July 2006 issue that your patients received, we had an article on a story from the June 19, 2006 issue of the Thoroughbred Times on horses getting chiropractic.  That was the oldest story in that edition!  Our July newsletter was mailed out on July 13th and contained articles dated July 4th, July 5th, and July 12th.  How much more current can you get than the next day?

In the June issue mailed on the 12th, we had articles dated on June 8th and June 10th.  We know that patients want current news and issues about their health and chiropractic.  And we can tell you that it isn't easy finding good articles every month.  But each month we find 6 that we feel do the best job.

NYK Echiropractic has Over 80 Cards and Messages!

If you haven't looked at the NYK Echiropractic service you are missing the most advanced and money saving service around. Ask yourself how much it costs you for postcards, letters and pamphlets? With Echiropractic, much of those expenses go away, and you get the benefit of looking modern to your patients.

From The Billing Department

Now You Know bills for service on a quarterly basis, on the first of January, April, July, and October and we offer two ways to pay your account.

The easiest and most cost-effective manner is to allow Now You Know to keep a credit card on file and bill the charges directly to the card four times per year. This ensures that your account always remains current and cuts down on paper and postage costs on our end. If there is a problem with the card, a paper statement will be sent to alert you of that fact with a tear-off form on the bottom of the statement that can be returned with new credit card information. If you are currently on auto-billing, please be sure to check the expiration date on the card we have on file so that charges are processed in a timely manner and there is no interruption to your service.

The other option is to have a paper statement sent. Most offices receiving a statement pay by check. Statements are sent out a week in advance of the new quarter and payment is expected within 30 days, usually the 25th of the first month of the new quarter. If payment is not received, a reminder is sent out after the due date. Some accounts carry over, past due, into the next quarter and that statement will have a, “Past Due: Final Statement” note, highlighted in red that states service may be interrupted by the due date. Payment must be made following that statement or service may be shut down at the discretion of Now You Know for non-payment. If you include the stub from the statement, please be sure to identify the office by the doctors name on the stub and in the memo portion of the check so that the account can be credited correctly.

We are constantly striving to maintain the highest level of service to our subscribers every day. Please help us keep our costs down by either switching over to quarterly credit card billing or if paying by check, making sure that your payment is received by the due date.
