New Chiropractic Student Resource Site DC2BE.com Opens! Several years ago the site www.dc2be.com was a method of communications and news during the Life University turmoil, as well as the leadership changes at Palmer. During those times DC2BE.com continued to post links to available current news on those important issues and helped keep students and their families informed. Now DC2BE.com is reopening as a major student resource and open forum for chiropractic students everywhere. The new site features an open forum which allows students to communicate with each other and share ideas, thoughts, and information that will hopefully make the student experience both easier and more productive. The forums are divided into various topics for easy access. Some of the forums include Student Life, Clubs, Events, Boards and Exams, Philosophy, Science, Art/Technique and a specific forum for each college. In addition to the open forums there are other student resources that include a Calendar, helpful links, a classifieds section, and more. As time continues we will continue to add information, documents and other resources that will be of value to students. The site is open to students, educators and Doctors of Chiropractic. We would like to encourage DCs who would like to share their knowledge and wisdom with students to participate by posting on this site. To prevent SPAM and protect the integrity of this forum you must register to place a post, but there is no cost, and your information will not be shared with anyone. The site is totally free! We do not believe in charging students for the ability to share and grow.

News Your Patients Might Have Missed As chiropractors we usually remain aware of the news related to our profession. However, when you are busy seeing patients you don't always have time to scan numerous news sources for articles on chiropractic all over the world. That's where we come in! We look for news on chiropractic and our paradigm of wellness continuously. We find news and articles that you do not have the time to look for and review. Over the past years, the Now You Know Newsletter has delivered chiropractic news to hundreds of thousands of patients. This news has been delivered in a way that connects the dots, and brings patients and the community to a new level of understanding. We have had the privilege of bringing to the forefront, important chiropractic news, that would have otherwise been lost on some inside page of the general press. The beneficiaries of this news has been the hundreds of thousands of patients who have read this news, and the chiropractors who now have better informed practice members. To give you an idea of just some of the news headlines that appeared in our NYK newsletter in a very timely manner, we have listed some of the headlines below.
By the way, all the headlines above are from stories that appeared in the Now You Know patient newsletter in 2007 alone! And there are another 38 stories whose headlines we did not list here. Years ago, I heard a great chiropractor say, "If they knew what you knew, they would do what you do." These words have stuck with me, and because of this the Now You Know Newsletter is dedicated to "letting them know!" What type of news stories are your patients reading? |

Not all of these stories are good, and many of them I do not agree with, but we felt you should know about them. So if you don't have hours to search the world wide web for articles that concern us as chiropractors, just review the links below.
