Now You Know has now opened the “professional” version of the Chiropractic Depot storefront. This storefront is currently running on a number of our state association websites and will be open on many more shortly. This storefront carries a wide variety of products and supplies for chiropractic offices and doctor’s homes. |
ICA Introduces "BEST PRACTICES & PRACTICE GUIDELINES" The Chairman of these guidelines is ICA Board Member, Donald D. Harrison, M.S.E.; D.C.; PhD. According to the document, "The purpose of these ICA-BPPG guidelines are to (1) locate and rate the evidence for chiropractic care of a variety of health conditions, and (2) assist the practicing Chiropractor in making sound, fundamental, clinical decisions when providing Chiropractic Care in clinical practice." The ICA is asking for input from the chiropractic profession and has created a "Survey Page" to submit your comments and reviews about the Best Practice Guidelines. All interested DCs are encouraged to go to the website, read the documents and then participate in the survey. According to the Preface of the document the process to date has been long and methodical and has included a long liturgy of experts involved in many meetings and reviews. Who Would be the Best President for Chiropractic? There is a new poll running on the website DC2BE (www.DC2BE.com) that asks the above question. The poll wants to know, "Which one of the candidates do you think would be a better president for chiropractic?" Now we know this a touchy subject to some, but it is a valid question that I think all those in chiropractic should participate in. The poll is only interested in your thoughts and reasons for believing one would be better for the chiropractic profession than the other, and why. This poll is open to Chiropractic Students, DCs, CAs, DC Spouses, and all those in chiropractic in some way. So please feel free to submit your response to the poll. In addition to voting in the poll you can also add your comments if you wish. This poll is not designed to tell us who you may vote for. You may vote for the candidate that you think is not the best for chiropractic. This poll is only designed to see your feelings on how you think these candidates will affect chiropractic.
