EVERYONE CAN'T BE IN THE FRONT ROW

Dr. Jim Dubel

Life is a theater. Invite your audience carefully. Not everyone is healthy enough to have a front row seat in our lives. There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you let go, or at least minimize, your time with draining, negative, incompatible, not-going-anywhere relationships / friendships.

Observe the relationships around you. Pay attention. Which ones lift and which ones lean? Which ones encourage and which ones discourage? Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which ones are going downhill? When you leave certain people, do you feel better or feel worse? Which
ones always have drama, or don't really understand, know or appreciate you??

The more you seek quality, respect, growth, peace of mind, love and truth around you, the easier it will become for you to decide who gets to sit in the front row and who should be moved to the balcony of your life. You cannot change the people around you. But you can change the people you are around.

One final thought.. How often do you associate with other Chiropractors who understand our lifestyle and the Principles of Chiropractic? Maybe it is time to join our family here at New Beginnings...

It's a New Year time for a New Beginning and a New Future!!
All My Love, Loyalty and Friendship. Jim Dubel

YOUR DREAM

Fred H Barge DC PhC
1998

It seems to me that once I learned
the message from above
That I began to live my life
for nothing more than love.
The love of what my heritage
had put on me to bear
The task to bring it forth you see
became my daily fare.
I learned to bear contumely
Twas taken as the toll
Fear not the straight and narrow gate
it lies before each goal.
Forsake the need for accolades
move on once goals are done
The challenge is forever there
in life it’s never won.
Cast out of life the negative
serenity supreme
For then you come to understand
that you become your dream.
